I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit old compared to the restaurant and other areas of the hotel, offered beautiful views and exquisite woodworking features. However, they were noisy with the window open, especially facing the street from early morning. The service varied from unhelpful and lacking understanding to exceptional warmth and friendliness, which made up for it. The location was superb, providing a peaceful and unique setting in the Swiss mountains. The dining experience was a highlight with a delightful variety of dishes. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but the positives outweighed the negatives.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The beautiful views and exquisite woodworking features in the rooms were a delight, although the room size could be more spacious for better air circulation. Despite this, the value for money should not be overlooked.
